These terms cover your use of the Holdfast Talent website at holdfasttalent.com (the “Site”). The Site is a pre-launch pilot teaser. It is not the full product. Candidate assessments are part of the pilot service and are available only to people invited to take them.
Pilot / pre-launch
Submitting the form or browsing the Site does not guarantee pilot access, a partnership, or any future service. We may accept, decline, or waitlist requests at our discretion.
The Site is informational
Content here is for general introduction only. It is not professional advice, and it is not a commitment that any feature will ship in a particular form.
Your submissions
If you request pilot access, you agree to provide accurate contact details and not to misuse the form (spam, scraping, or unrelated promotions). How we handle form data is described in our Privacy page.
Candidate assessments
If a hiring team has invited you to take an assessment, you will work on a task in a workspace that includes an AI assistant. The session is recorded: your messages to the assistant, its replies, your final work and timestamps. You must agree before you start. By taking the assessment you confirm that you will follow the AI-use rules shown on the start page, including using only the assistant provided and not getting help from other people or other AI tools, and that you consent to us processing the recording, including with an AI provider, to draft a report for the hiring team that requested the assessment. Please do not share your personal link or copy the task elsewhere.
The AI assistant can be wrong. Part of the assessment is how you deal with that. The report is drafted by an AI system and reviewed by a person at the hiring team, who makes the decision. Neither the report nor the AI draft decides the outcome automatically. Taking an assessment does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, or any particular outcome; the hiring decision belongs to the hiring team, not to us.
You can ask us to delete your session at any time via hello@holdfasttalent.com, and to arrange adjustments (such as extra time or assistive technology) before you start. See Privacy for details.
Intellectual property
The Holdfast Talent name, marks, and Site content belong to us (or our licensors). You may view and share links to the Site for ordinary business interest. You may not copy the Site wholesale, scrape it for a competing product, or imply endorsement without permission.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or from a declined or delayed pilot request. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to a modest amount consistent with a free informational pilot page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your location say otherwise.

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves. The effective date above will change when we do.
